Opportunity

There are billions of Business Professionals and Consumers in the world who want to be both creative and efficient to accomplish their objectives. They see AI and conversational interfaces as a more productive way to accelerate creative storytelling and to quickly synthesize information across multiple documents. They are looking for quick and easy tools that are available on every computing surface and an easy onramp that allows them to try products and subscribe based on the value derived. As the need for creative expression continues to grow exponentially, creativity and productivity are merging. AI can make them more creative and productive in their business context. 

The job of the C&P (Creativity & Productivity) sales team is to bring this guiding message to our named customers and to show how Adobe can provide value and compete against a new host of broad-based productivity products in the market. 

Business Goal

The goal of this role is to drive growth in the mid-market business professional segment through Document Cloud solutions, including Acrobat Studio. These products have increasingly interconnected enterprise workflows that allow business professionals to understand and synthesize documents and other corporate materials to produce highly designed and creative outputs via Express.

This combination of insight and creativity lies at the center of what customers are seeking and what the C&P sales team is chartered to represent. 


 

What you'll do

  • Generate and close opportunities for Document Cloud solutions, including Acrobat and Studio, within named accounts
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and functional stakeholders
  • Leverage internal resources and business partners to deliver solutions to customer challenges
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and build a robust pipeline to support accurate forecasting
  • Collaborate effectively with Adobe Account Executives and internal partners to deliver joint value propositions for enterprise customers
  • Deliver product demonstrations of Acrobat Studio and Document Cloud solutions based on identified use cases

What you'll have

  • Proven Enterprise Sales expertise with 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to large enterprise accounts, ideally within the AI or Digital Workplace space. 
  • Passion for the Acrobat Studio solution and for selling newly launched AI first solutions 
  • Ability to become the trusted advisor by demonstrating and articulating business value in the language of the client as well as internally 
  • Proven track record of working effectively across cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Partners 
  • Dedicated individual with a “can do” attitude, motivated to focusing and committing to attain challenging results 
  • Positive mindset with innovative ideas in a competitive environment 
  • Experience in prospecting, account planning, needs analysis, presentations, negotiations and proposal writing 
  • Excellent social skills with the ability to communicate at all levels 
  • Fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English
