Build and manage project plans that keep deliverables on track and expectations aligned.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational and accounting workflows.
Configure, test, and support application solutions tailored to each client’s business needs.
Ensure consistent collaboration between clients, internal teams, and CCT to deliver a seamless experience.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a passion for transforming data into meaningful business outcomes.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills across all levels of an organization, including executive stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and competing priorities with precision.
Experience in operations, finance, or data analytics is a plus, especially in regulated or high complexity industries.
A self starter mindset and flexibility to travel or work extended hours during client implementations.
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study (technical, business, math, engineering, etc.)
Project management experience or software consulting experience is a plus
Excellent client-facing skills
Strong written and oral communication skills, technical writing skills
Ability to work as part of a project team structure
Ability to work on-site at client locations throughout North America
Travel Expectations: ~ 50%
Ability to pass stringent background investigations, required
