Business Analytics - Supply Chain

Responsibilities:
Delivery Progress Tracking:
Collaborate closely with CO and PO to track the progress of deliveries against the product roadmap.
End to End Integrated Project and Release Planning:
Develop and maintain comprehensive integrated project and release plans using tools such as MS Project and JIRA.
Scope Management:
Ensure adherence to defined scope of work, priorities, and deliverables as outlined by the Capability Owner.
Governance Forum Engagement:
Provide regular updates to PMO governance forums, including RAID reviews and Portfolio Execution Reviews.
Risk and Issue Management:
Capture, raise, and track risks and issues across teams to completion.
Ensure timelines are maintained and proactively raise risks.
Resource Planning:
Capture End to End resource requirements and review with CO and PO.
Sprint Events Participation:
Attend and actively participate in sprint events to gauge progress, identify risks, impediments, and action items for CO, PO, and BAs.
Backlog Management:
Work with PO and BAs to gather User Stories and prepare backlog for upcoming sprints and ensure backlog health for 2-3 sprints ahead.
Stakeholder Updates:
Provide regular project-level updates for key stakeholders.
Roadblock Removal:
Proactively identify and help remove roadblocks for the PO and BAs in terms of backlog readiness.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ Years Experience in relevant field is a must.
• Previous experience in Supply chain functions such as Deliver, Data and Analytics is a must.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with logistics, transportation, and warehousing operations.
• Strong understanding of 3PL management, carrier relations, and freight auditing.
• Understanding of operations within the Consumer Health Goods (CHG) industry, particularly in manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance is a plus. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• PMP or other project management certifications are mandatory.
• Introduction to Agile Methodologies in Project Management is necessary.
• Strong technical understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and tools relevant to the project domain.
• Proficiency of Scrum Master skills.

Education: Graduation

Certification: Project Management certification is plus (PMP, Prince2)
