Business Analyst

The role

• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions that support growth, efficiency and new market expansion
  
• Act as a key connector between technical and commercial teams to ensure alignment, speed and quality of delivery
• Identify and drive process and system improvements that enhance operational efficiency and reduce friction across the business
• Support integration of new regions, platforms and acquisitions to ensure consistency and scalability across global operations
• Leverage data and insights to inform decision-making, uncover opportunities and improve overall business performance
  

About You

Must haves: 

• Has 4–5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
• Has strong experience working closely with development and product teams
• Can confidently gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Communicates clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Is proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable working in ambiguity
• Has strong documentation skills and attention to detail
• Thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
• Is motivated by continuous improvement and process optimisation
  

Nice to have:

• Experience in healthcare, medtech or diagnostics
• Exposure to global or multi-region businesses
• Experience supporting system integrations or acquisitions
• Project management experience (formal or informal)
