We are looking for an organized and articulate Brand Executive (or Intern) to act as the guardian of the Wati brand. Whether you are starting your career or looking for your next challenge, you will play a key role in protecting our online reputation and ensuring our visual and verbal identity is consistent globally. This role sits at the intersection of Brand, Communications, and Digital presence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Reputation Management: actively monitor and respond to reviews on platforms like G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot. You will also run campaigns to generate new positive reviews from happy customers to boost our rankings.
  • Brand Hygiene & Consistency: Conduct regular audits of our digital footprint (partners, social media, external listings) to ensure our logos, messaging, and positioning are aligned with the latest brand guidelines.
  • Brand Assets: Create and maintain core brand documents, including the Company Factsheet, Media Kits, and boilerplate copy, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate company information.
  • Website Maintenance: Assist the web team with content updates, checking for outdated information, and ensuring the website visually reflects our high brand standards.
  • Communications Support: Assist with internal and external communications tasks, such as monitoring PR coverage and drafting updates for brand channels.

Requirements

  • You have strong written English skills and can craft professional, empathetic responses to public reviews.
  • You might not be a pro designer, but you know when a logo is pixelated, a font is wrong, or a layout looks "off." You care about the details.
  • You can manage multiple platforms (review sites, CMS, asset libraries) without losing track.
  • Ability to work cross functionally to get things done.
  • Familiarity with Wordpress is a plus.
