You’re the friendly face behind the bar who turns simple drinks into little moments of joy. From a perfect flat white to a fresh juice that brightens someone’s morning, you bring craft, calm and charisma to every shift. You’ll jump into a lively team that thrives on collaboration, good vibes and helping each other shine. This role sits at the heart of our restaurant and bar, where you’ll keep the energy high and the service smooth from open to close. You’ll learn quickly, grow steadily and have plenty of room to shape your skillset. Your latte art will get its moment to shine.

What You’ll Do 

• Craft and serve high-quality beverages, from espresso to smoothies to specialty drinks 
• Bring warm, professional service to every guest who walks in 
• Jump in with restaurant and bar tasks during busy moments 
• Keep the bar tidy, stocked and running smoothly throughout the day 
• Handle guest questions with confidence and share your knowledge of our menu and spaces 
• Operate and care for coffee and drink equipment like a pro 
• Support events when needed, helping with setup and service 
• Work closely with your team to keep the entire operation flowing 

What You’ll Have 

• You have experience as a barista or in beverage prep, or you’re eager to build those skills fast 
• You bring a guest-first mindset and a genuinely welcoming vibe 
• You have strong communication skills and enjoy connecting with people 
• You manage your time well and stay calm when things get lively 
• You speak English and [LOCAL LANGUAGE] at a conversational level 
• You bring curiosity to learn, improve and support your teammates 
• You’re comfortable jumping between tasks, from drinks to service to event support
