Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across functions.

• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

• Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process or performance improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, metrics, and dashboard standards.

• Automate recurring reports and streamline data workflows for efficiency.

• Troubleshoot Tableau dashboards, data refresh issues, and backend data model problems.

• Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, visual, and actionable manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.

• Agile Experience is must.

• 2–5 years of experience in BA, data analysis, or business analytics roles.

• Strong proficiency in Tableau (Desktop & Server) and hands-on experience building complex dashboards.

• Solid SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets.

• Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in Insurance projects is must.

• Advanced SQL expertise is very important.

• Highly skilled in Tableau
