MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Delivery Execution & Monitoring

• Monitor daily B2B2C order fulfillment from CLPs to Shipping Service Provider of all platforms.

• Track delivery performance against SLA, lead time, Shop Health of fulfillment, and service KPIs across O2O operations.

• Ensure timely handover of orders from CLPs to shipping providers.

• Follow up the return package handed over to CLPs on time.

• Follow up on daily fulfillment execution, identifying risks that may impact delivery performance

2. Logistics Shipping Provider Coordination

• Coordinate with delivery service providers (e.g. Viettel Post, J&T Express,…) to ensure on time pickups and deliveries.

• Align pickup schedules and volume forecasts with logistics partners to support smooth operations.

• Follow up with shipping providers to ensure platform SLA compliance.

• Escalate and resolve delivery delays, exceptions, or failed deliveries.

3. Internal & External Coordination

Work closely with O2O, 3A Logistics, CLPs, Sales & Trade, Platforms to:

• Ensure order readiness and inventory availability

• Confirm pickup timing

• Address operational gaps impacting fulfillment and delivery

• Provide daily operational support to CLPs to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.

• Coordinate with internal functions to ensure store onboarding is completed on time with full operational awareness.

• Train CLPs on standard packaging and fulfillment requirements for each platform to ensure consistent execution and compliance.

4. Performance Tracking, Inventory & Reporting

• Consolidate and prepare daily / weekly supply chain and delivery reports (SLA, backlog, exceptions).

• Monitor and follow up on daily inventory status (products & gifts) at store level in line with demand planning.

• Track order management and fulfillment performance, working with cross functional teams to address gaps.

• Support performance reviews with internal stakeholders and logistics partners.

• Coordinate the development and rollout of standard O2O fulfillment reports.

5. Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement

• Manage delivery related incidents end to end, including: Fast delivery rate, late delivery rate, cross-region rate,

• Identify recurring fulfillment and delivery issues and propose corrective and preventive actions.

• Support the rollout of new supply chain systems and tools, acting as a key user / SME for order management.

• Support the Manager in reviewing, sharpening, and improving fulfillment SOPs to enhance operational efficiency and standardization.

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fields

• Project Management & Supply Chain Management

• 1–3 years of experience in delivery operations, logistics coordination, or e commerce fulfillment

• Experience with B2B2C / O2O / last mile delivery is an advantage

• Strong coordination and follow up skills

• Good data tracking and reporting capability

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders under time pressure

• Problem solving and execution oriented mindset

• Teamwork and cooperation

• English skill in intermediate

• Good skill on Power BI, Power Point & Excel.
