• Good understanding of core business processes and productsin the private banking industry
• Capable of applying IT principles to business
• Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able toquickly understand complex situations
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with clientsand colleagues
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills
