Associate Production

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1.To perform activity / in process checks as per respective SOPs and BMR/BPR by following ALCOA Principle. 

2. To handle product as per respective BMR/BPR 

3. To ensure all activities performed on shop floor are in accordance to GMP, EHS and safety and compliance norms. 

4. On job training to all temporary workmen in Liquid Mfg. Area. 

5. To carried out validation as and when required. 

6. Ensuring Right First Time Documentation. 

7. Monitoring and improving batch yield And Man /Machine Hours per batch for each product. 

8. Responsible for machine Activity logs, machine Guarding log books online entries. 

9. Reporting Regarding Unsafe Condition and Unsafe Act/behaviors 

10. On time Facility maintenance and Hygiene, housekeeping as per Sop. 

11. Responsible for shift operations and meeting shift outputs, operation of machines allotted to them. 

12. Ensure effective preventive machine maintenance to improve machine up time and minimize breakdowns. 

13. Responsible for activities that may be assigned by superior time to time. 

14. Calculation of OEE & Plant Cycle Time and identification of improvement opportunities. 

15.Change parts Handling. 

16. To provide on the job training/shadowing/qualification to employees under training, as applicable.
