ASIC Project Manager_RBCN/ME

Job Description

- Project manager for ME-IC ASIC product development

- Lead a multi-culture project team to achieve project objectives (cost, time, quality)

- Involved in project acquisition and define the scope of project

- Conduct risk management and escalation to secure project goals

- Plan, track and report project progress (budget, resources, schedule, quality)

- Perform Quality Gates (QGx) according to ASIC development flow during product lifecycle

- Act as interface to internal customer, coordinate project suppliers, manufacturing, logistics and quality functions

- Lead problem solving activities until conclusion

Qualifications

- Master degree in Microelectronic circuits or Electronics Engineering

- > 5ys experience in Automotive Product HW/SW/System engineering (IC component area as a plus)

- > 5ys Bosch project management experience (PMP certificate or RK-PMQ)

- Systematic thinking, very good self-organize and task management skill

- Very good communication, collaboration capability and conflict management skills

- Fluent foreign languages: English, German (as a plus)
