Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user guides, training manuals, release notes, API documentation, FAQs, onboarding guides, and process maps.
- Translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear language following internal documentation standards and templates.
- Collaborate with SMEs to gather information, validate accuracy, and ensure timely delivery.
- Use visuals, diagrams, and structured layouts to improve content clarity and usability.
- Manage documentation in Confluence, SharePoint, and related repositories.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, IT, Engineering, English, or related field.
- 2–5 years of technical writing experience in software.
- Experience in Help pages documentation software - RoboHelp
- Strong ability to simplify technical concepts; excellent written communication skills.
- Familiarity with documentation tools and style guides used by the Technical Writing Department.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with APIs, XML/JSON, version-controlled documentation, and product‑support content.
Knowledge of aviation industry or enterprise software documentation (a plus).
