AI Solutions Consultant
Role Summary
As an AI Solutions Consultant at Duvo, you help design, configure, and scale Duvo agents for customers across pre-sales and post-sales.
This is not a generic solutions role. We are specifically looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in retail, e-commerce, or CPG operations — someone who understands how these businesses actually work and can speak naturally and credibly with customer stakeholders.
You might have worked in areas such as category management, supply chain, warehousing, merchandising, procurement, supplier management, or finance operations. You understand the operational reality behind the workflow and can turn it into practical automation opportunities.
You will not be writing production code, but you will work with tools, data, systems, and business logic to deliver real outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Work with Transformation Managers to map customer workflows and identify automation opportunities
Translate business processes into clear agent logic, actions, decision rules, and exception handling
Configure and test Duvo agents across systems such as ERPs, portals, spreadsheets, and emails
Support customer discovery sessions, solution design, and later-stage sales conversations
Bring real retail / e-commerce credibility into customer meetings by understanding the customer’s language, pressures, and operating model
Create runbooks and practical documentation for customer teams
Monitor agent performance and suggest improvements to increase automation coverage and reduce manual work
Feed recurring workflow patterns back to Product and Engineering

Who You Are
Experience
You likely have 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
Solutions consulting, implementation, or customer engineering in B2B SaaS
Operations roles in retail, e-commerce, or CPG
Consulting with deep exposure to retail or consumer-sector processes
Direct work with business stakeholders, not only IT
Most importantly, you know how retail businesses actually operate and can speak the customer’s language with confidence.
Skills
Strong analytical and systems thinking
Strong retail / e-commerce business fluency
Comfortable with complex tools and workflows; spreadsheets, SQL, scripting, or ERP familiarity is a plus
Strong communicator, able to lead working sessions and explain trade-offs clearly
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
Mindset
Practical and delivery-focused
Credible with customers
Low ego and collaborative
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
Commercially aware and able to help customers believe in the solution
