AI Lead
AI has changed software development. Security hasn't caught up – until now. Corridor is changing the game of product security, giving developers the ability to secure their AI coding.
Our team works at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity. Collectively, we've led security at some of the world’s largest companies, driven cybersecurity policy efforts in the US government, and worked on open models in government and academia. We're hiring an AI Lead to to help drive Corridor’s AI direction forward.
You'll build applied AI systems that threat-model and reason about complex codebases, and that work alongside codegen agents to detect and prevent vulnerabilities in the first place. You’ll also build out our eval framework: building robust AI systems and a continual loop that learns from user feedback. This is a senior IC tech lead role that involves shipping code and helping set the AI direction for the team.
What You’ll Do
Lead Corridor’s AI efforts in code understanding, vulnerability detection, and agentic security systems
Lead and collaborate on applied research projects and contribute to publications, blog posts, or benchmarks
Build and ship production AI systems – from development to deployment
Define the technical roadmap for our AI capabilities
Recruit and mentor a world-class AI team
Collaborate and initiate partnerships with top AI researchers and frontier labs
Collaborate with AI advisors and partners. Some of our angels include Russell Kaplan (Cognition), Thomas Wolf (Hugging Face), Jonathan Frankle (Databricks), Mike Krieger (Anthropic).
What We’re Looking For
Applied experience: You've shipped AI systems to production. You will be writing code!
Relevant domain expertise: You have experience in code generation, program analysis, or cybersecurity
Self-directed: You can identify high-impact problems and execute without heavy oversight
Research track record: You’ve published research in ML/AI in fields relative to Corridor’s work, and/or have applied research experience
Nice to Have
Experience with LLM-powered code generation or multi-agent systems
Open source contributions or public technical writing
Experience with RL environments, fine-tuning, or model evaluation pipelines
