You’ll be joining a small, ambitious, and highly driven team of 15 people, building one of the most exciting LegalTech companies in Europe.
Your role
You are one of the key people driving Omnilex’s growth in Switzerland. This is not transactional SaaS sales – it’s high-trust, consultative selling in a relationship-driven market.
At the same time, this role has a strong outbound focus: you proactively identify, approach, and open conversations with the most relevant law firms and legal teams in Switzerland. Your counterparts are partners, senior associates, and legal decision-makers. They expect credibility, precision, and a deep understanding of their work.
You will combine targeted outbound outreach with relationship-building, guiding prospects from first conversation through pilots into long-term customers.
What you’ll do
Own the full sales cycle in Switzerland: from outbound prospecting to long-term license agreements
Proactively identify and engage target law firms and legal teams
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers
Run tailored, high-quality demos that reflect the reality of Swiss legal work
Navigate complex buying processes involving partners, associates, and IT departments
Handle objections around AI trust, data privacy, and legal risk with confidence
Convert pilots into long-term customer relationships
Maintain strong deal hygiene: clear next steps, follow-ups, CRM discipline
Feed structured market insights back into product and leadership
What success looks like
As a thought leader in LegalTech, you are the trusted contact person of Omnilex for decision makers at larger law firms in Switzerland. Thanks to you, they are customers and long-term power-users of Omnilex.
What you bring
You have a legal background and/or 3+ years of experience selling to law firms or legal departments
You’ve sold complex, trust-critical products (legal research, knowledge, compliance, or similar) before
You listen more than you talk, communicate with precision and impact
You enjoy selling to smart, skeptical professionals
You are disciplined with CRM, follow-ups, and deal hygiene
Native-level of Swiss German and fluent English
