今回その取り組みをさらに加速させるため、製造業（特に自動車業界）向けDX推進のコンサルタントを募集します。

【ポジション概要】

製造業のお客様に対し、DX推進および業務改革の企画・実行計画策定を支援します。
開発プロセスや業務フローの可視化から分析を通じて課題を抽出し、デジタル活用による業務高度化・効率化の実現するための施策立案や計画策定を行います。顧客の複数部門や社内外の関係者と連携しながら、DX施策の企画構想から実行計画策定まで一貫して推進するポジションです。

【主な業務内容】

製造業の開発業務におけるDX施策検討・策定支援、実行計画策定までの一連の業務コンサルティングを担当します。

具体的な業務内容

- 製造業開発部門におけるDX施策の検討と企画構想策定支援

- 複数のDX企画構想を横断的に考慮した実行計画策定支援

- アジャイル／ウォータフォール双方の開発手法に対応した実行計画策定推進

- 顧客部門・自社・協力会社とのステークホルダーの調整と合意を見据えた企画推進

【必須要件】

- 製造業における業務改革・DX推進に対するリードコンサルティング経験（1回以上）

- 顧客側の立場でプロジェクト推進を支援した経験 （１回以上）

- 業務プロセスの可視化・分析および改善施策立案の経験（１回以上）

- クリティカルシンキングおよび課題整理・資料作成スキル

- 複数のステークホルダーとの円滑なコミュニケーション能力

- プロジェクト推進における基本的なマネジメントスキル（進捗管理・課題管理など）

 【任意要件】

- 主要な開発業務ソフトウェアエンジニアとのプロジェクト推進経験

- 製造業（特に自動車業界）の開発部門における業務経験

- 製品開発領域のDXおよびデジタルエンジニアリング（PLM、DevOps等）に関する知識

- コンサルティングファームまたはSIerでの業務経験

- アジャイル開発またはウォーターフォール開発に関する知識・経験

- 複数部門を巻き込んだ業務改革プロジェクトの推進経験
