  • 顧客先でAgilentのハードウェア、ソフトウェア、ネットワーク製品を設置・最適化
  • 製品の性能問題を診断・解決し、ダウンタイムを最小化
  • 予防保守および修理サービスを実施し、運用の安定性を確保
  • システム性能を向上させるため、構成やベストプラクティスについて顧客に助言
  • 顧客業務の中断を防ぐため、潜在的な機器やソフトウェアの問題に積極的に対応
  • サポート、営業、マーケティング、R&Dなどの社内チームと連携し、統合ソリューションを提供
  • 技術トレーニングに参加し、知識を同僚や顧客と共有
  • 顧客サイトへのアクセスに必要なAgilent承認の認証要件を遵守

As a Graduate Field Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers by ensuring their Agilent systems operate at peak performance. You will be part of a collaborative team that values precision, integrity, and customer care. Through hands-on experience and structured training, you will develop technical expertise while building trusted relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and optimize Agilent hardware, software, and networking products at customer sites.

  • Diagnose and resolve product performance issues to minimize downtime.

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repair services to ensure operational excellence.

  • Advise customers on configurations and best practices to enhance system performance.

  • Proactively address potential equipment or software issues to prevent business interruptions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Sales, Marketing, R&D) to deliver integrated solutions.

  • Participate in technical training sessions and share knowledge with peers and customers.

  • Comply with Agilent-approved credentialing requirements for customer site access.

Qualifications

We’re looking for graduates who have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field

  • Strong interest in technology and customer service

  • Ability to learn and apply technical concepts quickly

  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to travel to customer sites within Japan

  • Minimal to no prior work experience required – ideal for recent graduates

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
